Askonim in Toldos Avraham Yitzchak report the rebbe shlita is recovering after a successful surgical procedure to implant a cardiac pacemaker in the rebbe. The rebbe felt ill during seudas shlishis on Shabbos Parshas Yisro and he was transported to the hospital on motzei Shabbos.
Chassidim are hopeful the rebbe will have a total recovery and return to his leadership role in the immediate future.
