The OU sent out a letter with the following appeal regarding Hurricane Florence:
We urge everyone to include tefilos in their prayers for the people in harm's way. In particular, we urge all those lighting Shabbos candles before the advent of this Shabbos Shuva to include chapter 130 of Tehillim in their candle lighting recitation.
