The poskim say yes you can lie to uproot a cevras reshaim but the Satmar Rebbi in Divrei Yoel argues it is a big deal you have to be careful even when signing something. By an item that is mass produced that you buy in a store and someone else has the same item is not an isur of lo tacmod and the Shevet Halevi brings and paskins like the Tezda Cemed that forcing someone to let you borrow something is not an lo tacmod other poskim say it should be avoided due to other problems.

All are asked to say Tehillim for Rav Shlomo Klein, the esteemed longtime director of Camp Ma-Na-Vu who is need of rachamei Shomayim following an accident at the camp. Rav Klein, a veteran mechanech for over forty years, was at the camp in Parksville, NY, when he suffered a fall. Rav Klein did not immediately recognize the injury to his head, but was subsequently flown to the hospital and has been under the care of physicians. All are asked to daven for Rav Shlomo Betzalel ben Rochel Leah.

Rav Klein, who has been the director and owner of Camp Ma-Na-Vu since its inception over 30 years ago, also serves as the menahel of the Yeshivas Rabbeinu Chaim Berlin elementary school in Brooklyn, NY. His personal devotion to each and every student and camper is well known and it is hoped that he will merit a speedy and complete recovery.(source - Yeshiva World)

as a follow up to what Hakhel wrote last week.. about aseres hadibros..
Hakhel put this note in today's bulletin:

e. Last week, we noted HaRav Elyashiv Shlita's, teaching that one should
daven for a Refuah Sheleima when the Aseres HaDibros are read on Shavuos
morning--as Bnai Yisroel were healed then and we are re-experiencing that
very Mattan Torah anew! A Rav advised us that he feels one can actually
think about the Refuah Sheleima needed at the time the Aseres HaDibros are
themselves being read (not make the request vocally). If you would like to utilize the Eitzah of a Gadol
HaDor, you may want to consult with your Rav or Posek in advance as to his
opinion on the optimum time and method of accomplishing this great task!
