As of this moment there are a group of black kids - some on bikes - roaming the area north of Touhy looking in people's backyards. They have have already been caught stealing bikes. The police have already been called by more than one person, but do not seem to have responded yet. Watch your back yards! If you see anyone acting suspiciously please call 911 immediately!
