YWN[chicago-aneinu] Rav Elyashiv’s Son in Serious Condition in Shaare Zedek Medical Center

HaRav Shlomo Elyashiv Shlita, 82, a son of Maran Posek HaDor HaGaon HaRav Yosef Sholom Elyashiv Shlita was transported to Shaare Zedek Medical Center from a nursing home on Sunday, in serious condition. The rav was in the Sanhedria Nursing Home and the decision was made to move him to the hospital after doctors detected a high fever and difficulty breathing. He has been diagnosed with a serious case of pneumonia. The tzibur is requested to continue being mispallel for Rav Yosef Sholom ben Chaya Musha as well as his son Rav Shlomo ben Sheina Chaya b’soch Sh’ar cholei yisrael. (YWN – Israel Desk, Jerusalem)
