This week's parsha discusses the laws of tzora'as, a type of leprosy. This type of leprosy, however, was not a medical ailment, but rather, a spiritual one.
The Sefer Ha'akeida points out that it is obvious that tzora'as was a spiritual disorder because which other physical disease improves from being locked up without fresh air and sunlight for one or two weeks?!
