Whoever is needy let him come and celebrate Pesach
For many years an elderly widow was guest for the seder in Rav Mosghe home.One year however she didnt arrive.The halacha is that that 1 should start the seder immediately but Rav Moshe didnt start until he sent his wife and Rav Reuven his son to find the widow house to find her.It took a while until they returned with her only then di Rav Moshe start the seder.(Reb Moshe page 142)
