A Message from the Desk of Rabbi Steven Burg
Dear Aish Family,

I have just been informed by the Weinberg family that Rebbetzin Denah Weinberg has been diagnosed with the Coronavirus.

The Rebbetzin was not only a partner in all that our founder and Rebbe, Rav Noach Weinberg, z'tl built. She also influenced many women through her school, EYAHT.

For those of you who are new to Aish, much of her greatness is documented in the new biography of Rav Noach Weinberg which can be ordered below.

Below is an email sent out just now by the Rebbetzin's son, Rabbi Yehuda Weinberg.

May Rebbetzin Weinberg have a complete and speedy recovery, and may we hear good news soon.

Rabbi Steven Burg
CEO, Aish Global

Letter from Rav Yehuda Weinberg

To my dear brothers, sisters, friends of our Aish HaTorah and EYAHT family!

Unfortunately I need to inform you that during the night, the results of my mother Rebbetzin Denah Weinberg's CoronaVirus testing has come back positive.

Her health remains as it has been these past few days, with nothing immediately life threatening but definitely not in good condition. The hospital treatment procedure makes contact with patients almost impossible. They do not currently allow us to be around her, and even more so, everyone who has been in contact with her the past few days is obligated to remain in isolation at home, so unfortunately at this time we do not know how and in what way we can communicate with her and understand the state of her health in real time. This will certainly make it difficult for us to receive and give regular updates on her situation and we apologize in advance for the few updates we can give.

All we can do and encourage you all to do is to continue to pray for her health both in body and soul. Anyone that knows our special mother knows that her main difficulty now is surely the separation from her family and the people that she loves.

I implore you all to please pray and bang down the gates of heaven on behalf of Denah bat Esther דינה בת אסתר amongst the rest of the sick of Israel to mental and body healing soon.

To reiterate, it is hard for me to know when we can update you with her condition. As soon as we have a significant update we will of course make the effort to update everyone.

With much hope and prayer I remain,
Yehuda Weinberg
On behalf of the Weinberg family
