Learning Torah gives us the strength to rise above the challenges, that not only will they not bring us down, quite the contrary, we could merit Vayechi - true life - even in Mitzraim.

This week we "return" to Chelek Yud Alef (11) to complete the first few Sichos in time for Yud Shevat, when we will be beginning a second year of Project Likkutei Sichos with Chelek Tes Zayin (16).

No jew will be left behind. Unlike the redemption from Mitzraim, when Moshiach comes every yid will do Teshuva and will be taken out of Golus. What is the difference? We must understand what occurred at Mattan Torah, and what does it mean that Hashem "chose" the Jewish people?

הוא גואל ראשון הוא גואל אחרון
The purpose of this Galus is to transform the world by bringing the oneness of hashem into physicality. This will be fully realized with the coming of Moshiach. It is with the power of Torah, Moshe, that we bring G-dliness, Echod, into the world, and merit Moshaich, hence Moshe + Echod = Moshiach.
