This happened near Rockwell and Pratt
-- Be alert!!! Around 6-6:45am 9/22/22 two jeeps were in front of my neighbors dodge charger and man was hanging from the back window trying to use a computer or iPad to start the car. When told the police were called they fled the scene. Police later stated that the jeeps they were in were also stolen. So I believe they're targeting Jeep, and dodge vehicles. Stay safe out there
