A Propitious Time to Bring Oneself Into the Rebbe's Inyonim |
"Yud Beis and Yud Gimmel Tammuz are a good time for everyone to throw themselves into one of the fields in which the Rebbe led and leads and will lead - the way. Besides the Zechus of partnering in the Rebbe's work, the Rebbe will give each person whatever they need; children, long life, and ample sustenance." |

An Auspicious Time To Ask |
"The Rebbe's Mazal is stronger on his birthday. It is therefore an especially auspicious time for the Rebbe to break through the "concealment" caused by the Nefesh Habehamis and transform everyone into Chassidim. However, we are taught that "a sick person's prayer on his own behalf has greater effect than the prayer of others." Therefore, we must personally request to be cured [from our spiritual ills]. I don't mean merely writing a Tzetel, but rather to truly ask. Declare that you are ill, and that you request to be cured. Surely, the Rebbe will then arouse mercy on your behalf, and it will come to fruition: the Rebbe will make you into a Chossid." | |

"We spoke previously that Yud-Beis Tammuz is the birthday of the Ba'al Hasimcha, the [Frierdiker] Rebbe, a Neshoma Klolis, leader of our generation, which on his birthday "his Mazal is dominant." Therefore, the Nachas-Ruach [brought to him] on this day has a bigger effect than the Nachas-Ruach [brought to him] on any other day. Through this Nachas-Ruach all Brachos will be drawn down... especially if the Nachas-Ruach is connected with Torah." |

"Farbreng Together With The Rebbe" |
"…All of those celebrating on this day are united together in the chamber of the one for whom we are celebrating (the "Baal haSimcha") where the main festivities are taking place, where the Rebbe himself recites Torah, and all those celebrating along with him are able to hear his voice… The truth is that the ability to unite with all Jews around the world exists at any given time throughout the year… But this is especially so at an auspicious time, the Rebbe's day of rejoicing; all those who partake in this celebration and Farbreng wherever they are throughout the world, during any moment of the forty-eight hour period of Yud Beis and Yud Gimmel Tammuz, are united together and privileged to farbreng together with the Rebbe in his own chamber!" |

The World Filled With Light |
"This is the reason that the Rebbe's birth was such a monumental event, as we read in the Megillah, "These days are remembered and kept." These days are remembered and celebrated, every year. Every year the Rebbe's birthday is an occasion for immense joy and celebration, not only for those who had the Zechus to learn the Rebbe's Torah, but for every single Yid, because this is the day that the Rebbe began lighting up the world." | |

On The Nasi's Birthday, His Ideals Come to a Fore |
"The birthday of a Nasi-when his Mazal is elevated-brings his ideals to a fore for all Jews, as the Passuk says: "Six- hundred-thousand feet of the people whom I (Anochi) am among," meaning, the revelation of the level of "I" (Anochi)- the very essence of the Nasi-down to the "feet of the people." This takes place every year on the birthday, and even more so, with greater strength, for we increase in holiness. As it is explained in Igeres Hakodesh, that every year on Rosh Hashanah a new light descends from above, and such a light has never illuminated this world before. This applies to all kinds of New Years, including one's birthday, for it is his personal Rosh Hashanah." |

"It is understood that the birthday of a Nossi - when his Mazal is dominant - affects all the Jewish people. Therefore, this special day "Achas B'shana" (a singular most important day of the year) should be used for contemplation and to increase in "the straightforward way he has instructed us . . and we will go in his ways" - in an "everlasting" way." |

On Moshe's Birthday, the Mazal of All Yidden is Dominant |
"On a person's birthday, "the Mazal that rules on that day is of benefit to them," ... Based on this, on Moshe's birthday, the Mazal of all Yidden is strong, since "Moshe is the Jewish People and the Jewish People are Moshe ... the Nossi of the generation is as the entire generation because the Nossi is everything" (and since "Every generation has an iteration of Moshe," Moshe includes all Yidden for all generations.)" |
