WARNING! 3 ATTEMPTED CHILD ABDUCTIONS IN BROOKLYN A Teachable Moment ... This is a teachable moment for parents and caregivers everywhere to speak to your children about stranger danger as well as personal safety, and to supervise your children carefully over Yom Kippur and Succos (while keeping in mind that over 90% of all cases of child abuse occur with someone the child knows well and trusts).
