Subject: [chicago-aneinu] Important Message!
I was asked to post the following:
As the shuls Baruch Hashem start opening all over the world I would like to mention a very important point of halacha that many people are not aware of. Besides not talking in shul during davening, there are alot of halachos of Kedushas Bais Hakneses that people are not allowed to talk before and after davening and between aliyas either. You can greet and say gut Shabbos or Gut Yom Tov and say mazel tov but not much more. As we return to shul and have not seen people for 3 months we should discuss how they were for the past few months and if they have guests etc. not in shul as we enter and get our siddurim or as we put them away but outside in the hall. Hashem closed our shuls because of the talking in shul and lack of Kedushas Bais Hakneses once. Let us learn from our mistakes and it should be a zechus for Klal Yisroel to bring Mashiach Zidkeinu Bimhera Beyameinu Amen.
