Corrective action has been taken.   The OU does not certify McCormick Perfect Pinch Salad Supreme Seasoning. Some labels on the 3.4 ounce bottles bear an unauthorized OU symbol.   Due to a production issue, Izzio's Sourdough bread (24 oz. or 8-slice packages) with lot codes 20196 or 20197 while kosher under the Scroll-K are not Pas Yisroel. The lot code is printed on the bread clip. DaVinci Gourmet Classic Irish Cream Syrup is mislabeled as Pareve. The KOF-K certifies DaVinci Gourmet Classic Irish Cream Syrup as KOF-Dairy. This product contains dairy as indicated in the allergen statement.
