  • In honor of Meseches Rosh Hashanah the Daf Yomi commission of Agudas Yisroel is excited to present a series of community shiurim, featuring a fascinating audio-visual presentation 'Avenues of the Sky'. The shiurim begin today in Lakewood and Brooklyn. See below for more details and schedule.

  • Yahalom, Agudah's new special needs resource division, which has been open for the last six months in New Jersey, has been met with a surge of requests for services. In response to this Yahalom is expanding to New York and Chicago. See below for more details and how to contact Yahalom.

Avenues of the Sky
The Daf Yomi commission of Agudas Yisroel is excited to present a series of community shiurim on the occasion of Daf Yomi's learning of Meseches Rosh Hashanah. The shiurim will feature a fascinating audio-visual presentation 'Avenues of the Sky' which covers the positioning of the constellations, moon, and planet sightings, using the North Star as a navigation tool, solar and lunar eclipses, and understanding the paths of the Sun.

The series, will be presented live and in person by Rabbi Shea Hertz Ostreicher, Director, Avenues of the Sky-Torah Planetarium Institute.

Agudah's Yahalom Division Expands to New York; Chicago Coming Soon
Yahalom, Agudah's new special needs resource division, which has been open for the last six months in New Jersey, has been met with a surge of requests for services. In a response to the success in New Jersey and the need for such a program in other areas, Agudath Israel is proud to announce the opening of Yahalom New York and the impending opening Yahalom Chicago. 

New parents of special needs children are often thrust into an unfamiliar world. Suddenly, an avalanche of new financial, medical, educational and emotional concerns must be tended to. Trying to navigate that new world on one's own can be a daunting task. Yahalom is here to assist those parents obtain the appropriate resources by guiding, educating, and empowering parents to ensure they have the help and support they need.
