We will be sending a follow-up email when the issue gets corrected.   Android: Some users have reported the app causing battery drain and high CPU usage – the fix for this is the following NOTE: If you are still experiencing issues AFTER trying the following, please contact us.   Battery Drain (Android): 1. Please make sure you are on the latest version of Android. 2.
