3rd Grade Class Visits the Library

This past Thursday, the Antonia Spitzer Jewish Library welcomed Mrs. Muschel's 3rd grade class (JDBY) to the library for a visit. The class recently reached the milestone of reading 4000 books! It was the perfect time to visit a library and talk about libraries, books and reading. We discussed how libraries are set up, how to treat library books and the unique qualities of a Jewish library. The girls are familiar with the different genres of literature and were eager to talk about their favorite books! Each girl received a special bookmark at the end of the visit. We hope to see them again very soon!
