BRI WEEKLY UPDATES
On Monday of this week, I had the privilege of participating in the special Simcha of my granddaughter - Tzippy Greenwald's wedding.

She is the daughter of my late daughter Rachel, may she rest in peace.

The happiness and joy were exceptionally unique, and I pray and bless the couple to live a good and happy life for 120 years.

BRI PARSHA TIDBITS
This week's parsha is the story of the Splitting of the Sea, the descent of the manna, Moshe Rabbeinu striking the rock for water and the battle when Amalek attacked the Jewish nation.

And they all say the same thing! There IS Divine Providence!

Who would ever think that you can cross a sea by foot? Only HaShem.

Who could ever expect a direct delivery of food from Heaven or water from a stone? Only HaShem.

The same goes for Amalek, a bunch of murderers (like Hamas) whose only intent in life is to harm others. They too, come from HaShem, like all the gifts or challenges in life.

Divine Providence provides us with what we need. And what do we need?

A rectification for ourselves, our communities, our world. Therefore, just as each soul is unique, so too the trials and tribulations that each person encounters and endures during life must also be unique.

What we must do is learn how to integrate these happenings into our lives and learn to turn to HaShem for His input, as Reb Noson explains from the Talmud: "Three things come to/upon a person suddenly. 1) Finding something, 2) a scorpion and 3) Mashiach/salvation."

I may find something, a blessing, something nice, something new, which I came upon suddenly.

Then there are the "bites" and frustrations that I confront, they too come suddenly.

Life has its ups and downs. But we must always remember there is a purpose for and in our lives. That is the Mashiach, our salvation.

There is Divine Providence. God has His master plan and He will see it through to the end.

We? Well, we have to be patient, revel in the good and seek ways to overcome the difficult moments.

But if we incorporate HaShem into our lives, we are incorporating the personal Mashiach of our lives, the salvation, knowing that we are assisting in bringing the Mashiach, the salvation of our purpose in life.

Have a great Shabbos!
