Dear Friends,

As you are well aware, Israel is continuing to wage its war against Hamas.  In this morally just war, Israel seeks to eradicate the terrorist organization that perpetrated the atrocities of 10/7, free the hostages and return security to all Israelis. As you are also aware, in recent days President Biden has made statements and taken steps that indicate a shift in his Administration's support of Israel's war effort. Indeed, in the next few days, senior Israeli and U.S. officials will meet in Washington to discuss the next stage of the war plan. It is critical that President Biden receive messages from the many members of our community urging him to support Israel as it seeks to vanquish Hamas.

As we will all gather in shul on Purim, a chag that allows us to have our phones with us, we ask for your participation in this crucial advocacy. This is the time לבוא אל המלך להתחנן לו ולבקש מלפניו על עמך, to "go to the king and plead with him to implore him to help your people."

We ask you to print out the linked PDF, bring it to your shul on Purim, and share it with your family and friends. It asks you and your neighbors to simply scan a QR code, fill in a bit of information and send a message to The White House in support of Israel.

We hope you will join us in this effort and encourage your shul and community to do the same. As we will commemorate the Jews of Shushan gathering together in prayer and action to defeat Haman and restore safety to the Jewish people, so must we act now to defeat Hamas and bring shalom al Yisrael. May we merit to celebrate this victory very soon.
