And Rabbi Yehuda opened, speaking of the honor of the Torah and taught: "Keep silent and hear, Israel; this day you have become a people" (Deuteronomy 27:9). Was the Torah given to Israel on that day? That day was at the end of forty years! Rather, it teaches that each and every day, the Torah is as dear to those who study it as it was on the day it was given from Mount Sinai.
As we celebrate the end of the Torat Har Etzion site's third year, we hope you enjoy the Torah it contains today as much or even more than on its first day. The site has grown and improved, and we hope that your experience has improved along with it.
In honor of the fast-approaching holiday of Shavuot, we have refreshed our Shavuot landing page. We invite you to visit it and share it with your friends and family to prepare yourself and them for the holiday commemorating the giving of the Torah.
