If anyone sees this person acting suspiciously they should report the exact location details asap to 911. In order to catch the person they need an exact location and then they will.send out a dispatch unit. Please let us work together on this.
There is a man roaming the north of Pratt neighborhood first watching kids play and then removing his clothing and exposing himself fully in order to shock the kids/ teens ( when no adults there)
Overweight Hispanic guy on bike hanging out in backyards ... black T-shirt black shorts with white stripe on sides ... heard been in neighborhood about week already ...
Please watch your kids and warn them to be careful.
