Subject: Time change for cRc Pesach Fair at HTC on Sunday
Please note that due the Levaya at HTC, the Pesach Fair will begin at 1:30 PM and not at 1:00 PM as originally scheduled. | | 4/10/22 Dear Friends, HTC is proud to partner with the Chicago Rabbinical Council to host this year's Pesach Fair this Sunday, April 10, 2022 from 1:30 PM to 4 PM at HTC, 7135 N. Carpenter Road in Skokie. Pesach Services Include: - Keilim Kashering
- Shatnez Testing
- Romaine Lettuce checking demonstrations
- cRc FAQ Booth
Please note that for kashering, we can only service items that: - Have not been used with anything hot for at least 24 hours prior
- Are made of metal and/or plastic
- Do not have intricate designs, deep etching or mesh.
- Are thoroughly clean. Tarnish is not a problem.
- Are used for cooking but not for baking or for frying. Baking pans, cookies sheets, etc., need libun and will not be kashered at the Fair.
