Attached is the Weekly lesson in VBM Digest 5784 #8 entitled Lekh Lekha 5784 - (Vol. VI - 8).

"And war will come in your land... and you will sound the trumpet and remember before the Lord your God." The Beit Midrash proceeds with strenuous and meaningful study, civil aid and volunteering - as well as prayers for the people of Israel in times of need. Yesterday, a considerable part of the yeshiva students and rabbanim held a fast and cry. Mincha was held in the format of a public fast, and as part of it we prayed: "Answer us, O Lord, answer us".

Yeshivat Har Etzion stands with our forces, sends its condolences to the families of the fallen, wishes a speedy recovery to all of the injured, and sends blessings of success to our soldiers. יְה-וָ-ה יִשְׁמָר צֵאתְךָ וּבוֹאֶךָ מֵעַתָּה וְעַד עוֹלָם

"HaKadosh Barukh Hu expects us to mobilize all our forces, and first and foremost the forces of the soul."

With the mailing of these shiurim, we here stand with our students, who are committed to study throughout the day and night in the yeshiva's physical beit midrash. May all our prayers be heard and fulfilled for good.
