January 3, 2024 - 22 Teves 5784

In today's News from the Agudah: We join Klal Yisroel in mourning the petirah of Rav Matisyahu Salomon. Rav Matisyahu often spoke at the Agudah Convention and other events. Please see a classic message of his - as relevant today as it was in 1997 - below, as well as an article about lessons from our past. T'hei nishmaso tzerurah b'tzror hachayim.

Also, we have a YahalomNY mothers' night out - actually three of them - coming up; a report on H3; and a very relevant convention session replay.

Rav Matisyahu Salomon ZTVKL at the 10th Siyum HaShas of Daf Yomi

Agudah is deeply saddened by the petirah of Rav Matisyahu Salomon ztl. His greatness cannot be expressed by mere words, pictures, or videos; however, we hope that we can convey an iota of his gadlus using his own words.

H3 National Business Halacha Summit

H3 participants

Last week, over 700 attendees gathered in Lombard, IL for the H3 National Business Halacha Summit. The event had a full program of speeches and shiurim about the intersection of business with halacha and hashkafa, and also had many opportunities for networking - all in a Torah environment. The feedback so far has been overwhelmingly positive, with many attendees sharing, "We will be coming back next year with our entire office!" H3 has truly earned its reputation as the premier event of its kind, and with Siyata Dishmaya the H3 Movement has already expanded to additional locations around the world with plans for more year-round programming to come.
