In Memory of Dr. Joseph (Yosef) Walder z"l   The leadership and staff of Walder Science, Walder Education and Kehillah Fund mourn the loss of Dr. Joseph (Yosef) Walder, a humble visionary whose imprint was felt on all mosdos in this community. An unparalleled ba'al tzedakah, Dr. Walder taught us how to give to others with joy and an open heart. He had special compassion and patience for Jewish children with the greatest social-emotional, intellectual, and financial needs. His passion for achdus—for unifying the Orthodox community—was legendary. Dr. Walder believed strongly in harnessing the power of the community and inspired so many to embrace a communal responsibility for ensuring that every Jewish child receives a high-quality Jewish education. Dr. Walder's legacy lives on in the work of Walder Science, Walder Education and Kehillah Fund—the organizations he and his wife, Mrs. Shira Malka Walder, so lovingly founded. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his devoted wife and children, Moshe Chaim Walder, Kathryn Walder Christensen, and Mordechai Avraham Walder, during this difficult time.
