Just got message from Chaim Portowicz that his brother Avrumi has had a set back: 
Unfortunately we had a setback today. Back on the vent. Lungs are in bad shape. Needs a yeshua! Kol tuv!
Imagine, Refoel Avraham Yitzchak ben Gittl was last few weeks off the vent, on trachea collar, started walking a few steps every day with pt. May Hashem help him recover from this setback, B'E'H'

On Taanis Esther on which power of tefila is great, we can daven for Refoel Avraham Yitzchak ben Gittel as he needs a lot of tefilos for a Refuah Shleima. Critical:Please daven for Refoel Avraham Yitzchak ben Gittl who continues being on a respirator. Doctors have had to reduce the level of steroids given in order to reduce the elevated numbers of a fungal infection. Let us daven that Hashem lead the doctors in the right direction B'E'H since this is such a delicate balancing act.

WE NEED TO  KEEP DAVENING FOR REFOEL AVRAHAM YITZCHAK BEN GITTEL!! They had to increase the oxygen to 80% again and the numbers for the infection have risen.
