	Dear Friend,   I hope you have had a pleasant summer.   As a valued friend and partner of the OU Women's Initiative, I am approaching you with an exciting dedication opportunity.    Our annual Tishrei Essay Collection, now in its fourth year, reaches thousands over the Yamim Noraim. It is distributed to over 120 shuls across the country (see listing below) and emailed widely.
