For NCFJE and the Released Time Program, Yud Shvat holds a particularly deep significance. It marks the very first organized outreach initiative established by the Frierdiker Rebbe and continued by our Rebbe upon his arrival in America. Over the years, the Rebbe spoke repeatedly about the profound connection between Released Time and the Frierdiker Rebbe's vision.
This year's Farbrengen features two exceptional speakers, each bringing a unique perspective and inspiring message:
Rabbi Yitzchak Schochet – World-renowned speaker and Rabbi of the Mill Hill Synagogue in London. He will speak on "Hanosi Hu Hakol" – the enduring legacy of the Rebbe, sharing how the Rebbe's teachings continue to inspire and shape our lives today.
Rabbi Leibel Schapiro – Esteemed Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshiva Gedola of Miami and one of the Rebbe's Chozrim. He will focus on this year's Basi L'Gani and its relevance to us, helping every Chossid connect personally to the Rebbe's guidance.
Together, they offer a unique opportunity for every Chossid to gain inspiration, depth, and renewed strength in Hiskashrus and Avodas Hashem.
For over 85 years, Released Time has touched hundreds of thousands of Jewish children in public schools, introducing them to Yiddishkeit and nurturing their Jewish identity with warmth, pride, and purpose.
