Today is a big day: GIVING TUESDAY.

Ever since the barbaric attacks against our brethren on Simchat Torah, which tore the collective Jewish soul wide open, people have been streaming to Chabad.org, seeking consolation, community, inspiration, and guidance. They are rediscovering our people's timeless Torah, and embracing tangible mitzvot that they might have never practiced before.

In these painful and tumultuous times, your gift provides solace and inspiration.

For many non-profits, today is a big day: GIVING TUESDAY. But Giving Tuesday can be particularly crucial this year. It comes when our brethren in Israel are hurting, antisemitism is prevalent worldwide — and there are 9 days left before Chanukah.

Chanukah is all about the triumph of light over darkness, good over evil. It's about the holiness of sharing light and goodness with others.

You may have heard that Giving Tuesday has become a special time when people turn from buying things and focus instead on GIVING, on helping others and spreading goodness and light.

Your Giving Tuesday donation today will make it possible for our team of rabbis and counselors to answer questions around the clock from people around the world… including many heartfelt, deeply important questions about G‑d, about Israel, and about standing strong despite difficult times.

Every day, our team members pour their hearts and souls into meeting these needs. They work to soothe the world's pain, to share Jewish wisdom and inspiration, to nourish minds and uplift spirits. Their labor of love provides practical tools to pursue fulfillment and connectedness.

Could you please help them?

Together, let's provide meaningful Jewish practice and Torah learning. Let us bring solace and guidance to those who struggle, and inspiration to those who search. Let's spread the light of Chanukah to young and old across the globe!

Please give online at Chabad.org/donate.

If you'd like to send a check, please do so here:

Please also remember Chabad.org in your will.

If you are in a position to give during this Giving Tuesday, please help shine the light!

You'll be glad you did. It's a mitzvah that will surely bring you untold blessings!

Thank you for all that you do.

We'd also like to ask you to pray to G‑d that He protect and heal our brethren in the Holy Land; guard each of our selfless IDF soldiers and crown their efforts with the success of a true and long-lasting peace; and bring all of our captive brothers and sisters home safely and swiftly to their families.

With deepest gratitude and blessings,

On behalf of the Chabad.org Team,

Rabbi Zalman Shmotkin
Executive Director
