Friday February 24, 2012 7:50 AM All are asked to continue saying Tehillim for Rav Yisroel Belsky, rosh yeshiva of Yeshiva Torah Vodaas and one of the senior poskim of our dor, who remains hospitalized at Maimonides Medical Center in Boro Park, where he has been since Motzoei Shabbos Parshas Yisro. As reported here on Matzav.com, yesterday, a name, Chaim, was added to the rosh yeshiva’s name. His name for Tehillim is Rav Chaim Yisroel ben Chana Tzirel. The http://matzav.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/wordpress/img/trans.gifsituation remains serious and the rosh yeshiva needs rachamei Shomayim. The family and talmidim of Rav Belsky reiterate that the main focus should be on davening and saying Tehillim, in the hope that by storming the heavens, we can merit to witness a refuah sheleimah for the rosh yeshiva. Asifos were held last night in Brooklyn, Lakewood and Eretz Yisroel, with tefillah gatherings and divrei hisorerus as a zechus for Rav Belsky. Additional gathering are scheduled for Motzoei Shabbos, in addition to a special Tehillim Teleconference through the Chofetz Chaim Heritage Foundation. {Casriel Bauman-Matzav.com Newscenter} Please daven for a refuah shlema for Yisroel Ben Chana Tzirel.
