Dear friends,

The fight for Israel is now being conducted in the halls of Congress.

 As the Democratic whip,  Illinois Senator Richard Durbin needs to hear our voices.

 The immediate objective is that he receive 500 emails in the next 2 days.

Please register your support for Israel by sending a short message to

Senator Richard Durbin in care of his national security adviser:  Erum_Ibrahim@durbin.senate.gov 

Some suggested language is as follows:

1. Thank him for his stated recognition that terrorist organizations seek to undermine the global order, that democratic values are under siege and the United States has a responsibility to act.

2. It is therefore in the interest of the US for Israel to continue its military efforts until Hamas is completely destroyed.

3. As such we are urging him to use his office to ensure that the national security funding for Israel be approved as quickly and as expeditiously possible.

4. Finally please forward this email to all the Illinois residents on your lists
