Parshat Toldot with Reb Chaim Kramer

BRI WEEKLY UPDATES
This week, on Monday, I had the privilege of participating in the wedding of my dear grandson, the chosson Reb Zvi Deutsch, son of my daughter Tzivya. May it be Hashem's will that their marriage go beautifully and be a lasting foundation. Amen.
As in past years, we are Be'ezrat Hashem planning a special trip to North America in honor of Reb Noson's Hilula, from December 17 to December 26.

We will be accompanied with Reb Yosef Karduner, renowned for his uplifting and emotional songs.

If you wish to organize such an event in your area or for more details, please contact my son Zvi via email at: support@breslov.co.il or by WhatsApp at +972533158007, and we'll see if there is still an available evening.
BRI PARSHAH TIDBITS

"Please feed me from this red, red [food] dish."

Eating without proper patience causes a person to fall into spiritual slumber, living his life as if he is serving God, but in reality, he lives in a way that is not connected to reality.

This causes him to fall into the most severe sins, as seen with Esau, who desired food immediately and, because of this, lost the birthright, which is a tremendous and wonderful merit and elevation.

This is a lesson for us; if you need to eat, there's no problem. Distance yourself from the food, wait for it to be appropriate, bless it, and then eat with patience and humility.

This distancing builds in us the vessels to receive the light expressed in the food.

However, when we, like Esau, snatch the light itself, our vessels break, and then we only fall from our spiritual level.

May it be God's will that we merit serving God through the construction of proper vessels.

Shabbat Shalom
