Dear Friends,

It has been two and a half years since the passing of my father, Rabbi Hillel Belsky zt"l, and his absence is felt deeply by our family and by talmidos across the world. I have spent this time searching for a meaningful and lasting way to honor his legacy.

This week, we have a unique opportunity: to dedicate our own shul here in Eretz Yisrael in his name. This shul serves Bnei Chutz Laaretz living in Ramat Beit Shemesh. My husband, who serves as the Rav of our kehillah, leads the shul with the very values my father embodied—kavua tefillah, seeking Torah guidance, and being part of a strong, committed tzibbur. These principles shape everything he does with his mispallelim, just as they guided my father throughout his life.

The shul has just held its dinner and is now running a fundraiser. With 1 million shekels, we will be able to name the shul Bais Hillel, creating a place where every tefillah and every word of Torah will serve as an enduring zechus for Hillel ben Meir.

Over the course of his lifetime, my father had thousands of talmidos. If each would donate we could easily reach the amount needed for this dedication.

Your partnership in this endeavor means more than support—it ensures that his teachings continue to live on in a home of Torah and tefillah.
