SNAP Update

Thank you to all who took the time to complete the impact survey sent out last week. While the funding for the SNAP (food stamps) program is still suspended, there are strong indications that there will be a government-implemented resolution by the end of the week. AIOI is working on potential contingency plans which can be put in place fairly quickly should the need arise, however we are hopeful they will be unnecessary. Thank you to the many community members who called the Agudah with offers and ideas to help, as well as to the organizational leaders and store owners who assisted us with the data collection and planning. AIOI will send out an update in the event there are new developments that may require our involvement.

Bnos Glow in the Dark Event

AIOI would like to thank the Bnos division for a fantastic opening event this past Sunday. The girls enjoyed a musical breakout by Ms. Mimi Isenberg and Ms. Devori Isaacs followed by an exciting game and topped off the day with glow in the dark dancing and games with Mrs. Adina Rubin. We thank them all for giving our girls such an amazing Sunday!
